It is with deep sadness, and at the request of her son John, and her extended family and friends, that we announce the passing of

 Jacqueline Pilton,

who died unexpectedly on Wednesday 8th May.

Jacky was an award winning actor and writer with a career stretching decades in radio, theatre and television and had been represented by our agency for many years.

Throughout her long career she gained many credits and was particularly proud of her screen work which included Home Fires (ITV), Blackpool (BBC), Jane Eyre (BBC) and the zoom recorded lockdown project Kept on Ice.

Her theatre work included the one woman show Margaret Rutherford: Recalled (J.P Productions), Leaky Bacon (Real Life Theatre Company), The Winter’s Tale (The Brindley) No Loss, Joe Loss (The Lowry) Comedy of Errors Adaptation (Oldham Coliseum/The Brindley) She also produced a number of theatre shows with her own company Concrete Theatre.

In addition to her acting career Jacky was Theatre Studies tutor at Halton College and formed lasting working relationships and friendships with many of the actors she taught.

Jacky was a much loved, warm and generous woman with a delightful sense of humour, and she will be greatly missed.
